This Criminal Petition is filed to quash FIR in Crime No. 137 of 2011 of Hussaini-alam Police Station, Hyderabad registered for offences under section 420 read with section 34 IPC against the petitioners and others.
2. When the matter was listed on 04/6/2014 none appeared for petitioners till 02:20 p.m. and the matter was directed to be listed on 16/6/2014 under the caption “for dismissal”.
3. Today, when the matter is listed under the caption “for dismissal”, there is no representation on behalf of petitioners.
4. Therefore, Criminal Petition is dismissed for non- prosecution.
