Ms. Akanksha Mishra, Advocate appearing for the applicant apprises to the Court that so far as the writ court order is concerned, the same has been complied with. The Sub Divisional Officer/Special Land Acquisition Officer, Moradabad has already proceeded to declare the award and as such, for all practical purposes the writ court order has been complied with.
Consequently, nothing further survives and the contempt application is disposed of.
It is, however, clarified that this order shall not preclude the applicant to approach the appropriate forum as per law, in case there is any grievance left out.
