In view of the order dated 19th December, 2012 when learned Advocate Mr. Siddarth Dave appearing for Mr. A.R. Mehta has disclosed before the Court that the client has taken back the papers and, therefore, he would not be appearing.
Let there be a notice upon the applicant to take appropriate steps within three weeks. After service of notice, the applicant shall file an appearance.
However, it is made clear that if the applicant fails to remain present or to file an appearance as stated hereinabove, the Court may proceed further on next date in accordance with law even in absence of Page 1 of 2 R/CR.RA/325/2006 ORDER the applicant.
List after four weeks after confirmation of service of notice upon applicant.
