When a suit under section 229-B of the U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act, 1950 was decreed, the defendants in the suit filed a Recall Application for recalling of the decree which was allowed on 14.9.2018. The petitioner filed a Revision before the Commissioner, Bareilly Division, Bareilly. The grievance of the petitioner is that the Stay Application which had been filed along with the grounds of Revision was not being decided.
It is, therefore, directed that order be passed on the Stay Application accompanying the Revision No.C- 201812000001999 of 2018 (Deepak Yadav Vs. Kailash & Ors.) within a period of two weeks from the next date fixed in the Revision, if there is no other legal impediment. For a period of two months or till the decision of the Stay Application, whichever is earlier, status-quo as of today, shall be maintained.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
