The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 110 of 2017, u/s 498A, 304B IPC and 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S. Chakeri, District Kanpur Nagar with the prayer for enlarging him on bail.
Having heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State and considering the fact that the deceased died on account of several ante mortem injuries at the matrimonial home and the applicant is the main accused being husband of the deceased, who has not offered any plausible and satisfactory explanation for the death of his wife inside his house. In the post mortem report the ribs, skull bones were found fractured. I do not find it to be a fit case for enlarging the applicant on bail.
The bail application is, accordingly, rejected at this stage.
