Petitioner has been transferred as Assistant Teacher from Hathras to Hapur. His grievance is that service book as well as last pay certificate has not been provided by the District Basic Education Officer, Hathras, on account of which his salary stands withheld. The District Basic Education Officer has also issued a direction on 10.11.2017, to the Finance and Accounts Officer (Basic Shiksha), Hathras to do the needful, but despite such a direction, no action has been taken. Hence, this petition.
Learned Standing Counsel as well as Sri A. C. Srivastava, learned counsel for the District Basic Education Officer concerned submits that petitioner's grievance shall be examined, in accordance with law.
In the facts and circumstances, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction upon the respondent no.3 to comply with the direction issued by the District Basic Education Officer, Hathras and transmit last pay certificate and other service records to the office of District Basic Education Officer, Hapur, within a period of six weeks from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
