1. Heard Sri Ashutosh Tiwari, holding brief of Sri Gaurav Kakkar, learned counsel for petitioners and learned A.G.A. for State-respondents.
2. Present writ petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India has been filed filed seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the impugned first information report dated 09.09.2018 lodged against the petitioners and registered as Case Crime No. 865 of 2018 under Sections 364, 326, 354, 323, 324, 504 and 506 IPC, Police Station- Kotwali Shahar, District Bijnor.
3. Learned A.G.A. states that police has submitted final report.
4. Since Police has submitted final report, petitioners have now remedy before Magistrate concerned. Hence this Court has nothing to do further in the matter.
5. Dismissed accordingly.
6. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
