Pursuant to the orders passed on previous occasion, the petitioner has been examined by a Medical Board duly constituted by the Chief Medical Officer. Petitioner has appeared before the Medical Board on 15.9.2018 and his distance vision has been found poor. As per the opinion of Three Members Medical Board, petitioner has been found unfit for employment.
In view of the aforesaid facts, this Court finds no error in the opinion of the Medical Board, as also the appellate medical board.
Writ petition, accordingly, is dismissed.
