The writ petition has been filed for mandamus directing the Executive Engineer, Public Works Department, Prantiya Khand -5, Distt. Azamgarh, respondent-3 not to use the private land of the petitioner in the construction of drainage and in alternative a prayer has been made that in case the private land of the petitioner has been acquired for construction of drainage then compensation has to be awarded to the petitioner.
The petitioner has made a representation in this respect before Executive Engineer, respondent -3.
The writ petition is disposed of with direction to Executive Engineer, Public Works Department, Prantiya Khand -5, Distt. Azamgarh, respondent-3 to decide the representation of the petitioner by reasoned and speaking order within a period of one month from the date of producing a certified copy of this order before him.
