Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of this petition with a liberty to file appropriate petition for regular bail before appropriate Court. In such an eventuality, the Trial Court is hereby directed to expedite the matter and dispose of the said bail petition as expeditiously as possible.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with such liberty.
