Heard Sri Hridaya Narain Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Dharmaveer Singh, learned counsel for the respondents.
This writ petition has been filed for the following relief:
"(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2, Executive Officer, Nagar Palika Parishad, Maunath Bhanjan, Mau to appoint the petitioner on the post of Moharir/ Munshi, Tehbazari in Nagar Palika Parishad, Maunath Bhanjan, Mau under the compassionate ground.
(ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to consider and decide the representation dated 25.05.2016 of the petitioner regarding the appointment on the post of Moharir/ Munshi, Tehbazari in Nagar Palika Parishad, Maunath Bhanjan, Mau under compassionate ground."
Sri Dharmaveer Singh, learned counsel for the respondents states on the basis of instructions that father of the petitioner was never employed in the respondent - Nagar Palika Parishad. The petitioner has not filed any document to indicate that the father of the petitioner was in employment of the respondents nor any particulars have been disclosed that on which date, by which authority and in which status, the father of the petitioner was appointed.
In view of the aforesaid, this writ petition is wholly misconceived and is, therefore, dismissed.
