Against the award of compensation by the District Consumer Forum, the respondent nos.2 and 3 have filed two separate appeals before the State Consumer Forum, where the matter is lingering since 2015.
The writ petition is disposed of with the observation that State Consumer Forum may proceed and decide the Appeal No.2185 of 2015 (Tata Motors Advisory Services Ltd. vs. Deepak Ojha and others) and Appeal No.2191 of 2015 (National Insurance Company Ltd. vs. Deepak Ojha) without unnecessary delay and granting unnecessary adjournment.
The writ petition is finally disposed of.
