O R D E R The petitioner is assailing the order in original dated 22.03.2016 passed under the Customs Act. As evident from the order impugned as also the provision of law, the petitioner has the alternate remedy of appeal provided under the statute itself.
2. In that view, I do not see reason to entertain this petition. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy of appeal.
