Leave granted to learned counsel for the petitioners to implead Joint Director of Education, as respondent No. 4 to the instant writ petition.
The petitioners claim themselves to be life members of the General Body of Kashyap Maharshi Uchchattar Madhyamik Vidyalaya, Nala, Shamli. According to them, the Joint Director of Education by order dated 23.11.2016 appointed an Authorised Controller for holding election of the Committee of Management. The grievance urged in the instant writ petition is that since then election has not been held.
In the opinion of the Court, the interest of justice would be served in permitting the petitioners to approach respondent No. 4 along with certified copy of this order and a fresh representation. In the event, any such representation is made, the fourth respondent shall consider and decide the same by means of a speaking order, expeditiously and preferably within a period of next six weeks.
The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
