1. Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned A.G.A. for State-respondents-1 to 3 and Sri Praveen Singh, learned counsel appearing for respondent-4.
2. Present writ petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India has been filed filed seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the impugned first information report dated 16.07.2018 lodged against the petitioners and registered as Case Crime No. 205 of 2018 under Sections 498-A, 323, 506, 354-A, 307 IPC and 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station- Falawada, District Meerut.
3. Learned A.G.A. states that police has submitted final report.
4. Since Police has submitted final report, petitioners have now remedy before Magistrate concerned. Hence this Court has nothing to do further in the matter.
5. Dismissed accordingly.
6. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
