Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
From the order-sheet it appears that the mater was pending in a Court which was lying vacant since March 2018. It was thereafter transferred to another Court on 23 February 2019 on which date the advocates had abstained from work. The Court has consequently fixed the matter for 27 March 2019.
Since the suit is stated to have been instituted in 1994, this petition shall stand disposed of with a direction to the concerned Civil Judge (Junior Division) before whom Original Suit No. 1105 of 1994 is pending to proceed in the mater with due expedition and without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
