Learned counsel for the petitioners has confined his prayer for a direction to fourth respondent i.e. District Inspector of Schools, Ballia to consider and decide the representation of the petitioners dated 22.02.2018 within stipulated period for giving approval on the post in question.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and with the consent, the writ petition stands disposed of asking the fourth respondent to consider the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate order in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order but certainly after giving opportunity to the Committee of Management and the Principal of the institution in question.
