Learned counsel for the applicants has submitted that final report was filed by the Investigating Officer and thereafter, notice was issued to the informant and the informant filed protest petition. Thereafter, statements under Sections 200 & 202 Cr.P.C. were recorded before the court below and later on, the protest petition was allowed and non-bailable warrants were issued against the applicants.
Learned counsel for the applicants requested for two weeks' time for filing supplementary affidavit enclosing the statements recorded under Sections 200 & 202 Cr.P.C. under the order of court below.
