Learned counsel for the applicant after some time sought permission to withdraw this application as he wishes to bring on record certain documents, particularly, the terms of compromise that have been entered into between parties.
Considering the fact that document embodying the terms of compromise is not on record and certain essential facts which are required to be pleaded, the prayer is accepted. This application stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh.
