Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
The only prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is that a direction be issued to court of Additional Commissioner (Administration)/Arbitrator, Kanpur Region Kanpur where the Appeal No. 266 of 2017, Deepak Kapoor Vs. Additional District Magistrate (F & R) and others under Section 3G (5) N.H.I. Act is pending and same may be decided within a definite period.
Considering the facts of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the concerned court/authority to decide the aforesaid appeal expeditiously in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties provided there is no legal impediments.
