The petitioner is a student of MBA (Master of Business Administration) at the D.C. School of Management Technology, Vagamon, Kottayam. He complains of delay in completing the revaluation process of his answer paper. The petitioner has completed his course. He has submitted an application for the revaluation of his answer paper in one of the subjects. The revaluation process has not been completed till date, he complains. 2. Adv.Varghese M. Easo appears for the respondents.
The counsel submits that the revaluation would be completed before 12.8.2014.
This Writ petition is, therefore, disposed of recording the submission of the Standing Counsel that the revaluation of the petitioner's answer paper would be completed before 12.8.2014.
