Heard Sri Sushil Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A. for the State.
Having heard the learned counsel for the applicant as well as upon perusal of the material brought on record, the Court does not find any good ground to interfere with the impugned order as the court below has prima facie found that the criminality under Section 406 I.P.C. has been committed by the husband, whom the trial court has already summoned. Consequently, no case for interference is made out.
The present application is accordingly dismissed.
