JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has come up with this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for a direction to the learned Judicial First Class Magistrate-1, Ernakulam to dispose of M.C.No.14 of 2012 of the said Court within a specific time frame. 2. Regarding the pendency before the said court, a letter has been received from the learned Judicial First Class Magistrate-1, Ernakulam, which shows that the total pendency is 17220. The learned Magistrate has detailed all what had happened in the case and has stated that two more months time is required for the final disposal of the case. The said letter is recorded and the learned Magistrate is directed to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible, at any rate within two months from today.
This Crl.M.C. is disposed of accordingly.
