It is submitted that, by a deed of retirement of partner executed on 7.7.2010, the applicant retired from the partnership firm.

In view of the above and considering the fact fact no statutory notice was issued to the applicant, a case is made out to issue notice returnable on 18.4.2012.

Ad­interim relief in terms of paragraph 7(B) qua the applicant. Learned APP waives service on behalf of the State. Direct service is permitted qua the private respondent.
