Heard Sri Pankaj Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Gambhir Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the impugned F.I.R. as well as material brought on record.
This petition has been filed by the petitioner for a direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to conclude the investigation in Case Crime No.569 of 2015 under sectiions 448, 427 IPC, P.S. Dhoomanganj, District Allahabad.
Learned A.G.A. pointed out that in the present case final report has been submitted to which learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is not having knowledge of the said fact.
Taking into consideration the statement of the learned A.G.A. at the Bar, we dismissed the writ petition on the ground that the final report has been submitted in this case.
