JUDGMENT / ORDER

Rule returnable on 14.09.2012.
It is clarified that if ultimately the petitioner succeeds in the petition, she shall be paid the due amount for the unperformed contractual period with interest. In the meantime, considering the fact that the petitioner is out of job at present, she is at liberty to work elsewhere and the same shall not come in her way at the time of final hearing. The keys of the quarter shall be handed over to the respondents before 31.07.2012.
