JUDGMENT / ORDER

(C.M.A. No. 1878 of 2014) This application seeks initiation of proceedings under Section 340 Cr.P.C. against private respondents.
I find that the main petition was allowed vide judgment dated 17.12.2013 by Coordinate Bench (Mahendra Dayal, J.). It would be more appropriate if this application is heard by the same Bench.
