When this matter was taken up as fresh, this Court on 16th February, 2018 has passed the following order:
"Sri B.B. Jauhari, learned counsel has put in appearance on behalf of respondent no. 4.
None appears for the petitioner even in revised call. As a last chance S.O. to 5.3.2018."
Thereafter, we find there is an unsigned order dated 06th April, 2018, which reads as under:
"Today, once again, no advocates appearing on behalf of the petitioners, are present in the Court on account of a call given by the Bar Association to abstain from court work. Mr. A.P. Paul, learned Counsel appears for the respondents- State.
Hence, we are constrained to adjourn all petitions.
S.O. to 11.5.2018.
A photocopy of this order, duly authenticated by the Bench Secretary, shall be placed on the record of the aforesaid writ petitions. Office to proceed in terms of the photocopy of the order, which stands placed on the record."
Today again learned counsel for the petitioner is not present even in the revised list.
The writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.
