Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned standing counsel for State - respondents.
By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for issuing a writ of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2, the Additional Commissioner, (Judicial), Azamgarh to decide Revision No. 145-A (Kanti and others vs. Land Management Committee and others) filed under section 333 of UPZA & LR Act, expeditiously.
No useful purpose will be served in keeping the writ petition pending. This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2, the Additional Commissioner, (Judicial), Azamgarh, to decide Revision No. 145-A (Kanti and others vs. Land Management Committee and others), in accordance with law, within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
It is made clear that the Court has not adjudicated the claim of the petitioner on merits.
