JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner may implead the State of Uttar Pradesh as a party to the writ petition and serve a copy of the writ petition upon the learned Standing Counsel during the course of the day.
The sole prayer of the petitioner is that the application filed by him under section 128 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 being Original Case No.59 of 2016 (Deenbandhu & Anr. Vs. Sushila Devi & Ors.) pending in the Court of Collector, District Ballia may be decided expeditiously.
It is, therefore, directed that the Original Case No.59 of 2016 (Deenbandhu & Anr. Vs. Sushila Devi & Ors.) be decided within a period of six months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
