The present writ petition has been filed for a mandamus commanding the revenue authorities of the District Ghazipur to take appropriate action for protecting Plot No. 203 in Village Rohili, Pargana Mohammadabad Tehsil Kasimabad District Ghazipur.
The revenue records annexed with the writ petition show that the plot is recorded in the name of a temple under Clause 6-II as categorized by the U.P Land Records Manual.
The care taker/Pujari has the right to institute appropriate proceedings before the Civil Court for the purpose.
The P.I.L is not maintainable and is dismissed.
