Heard learned counsels for the parties.
By means of this application U/s 482 Cr.P.C., the applicant has prayed for expeditious disposal of N.C.R. No. 139 of 2014, State v. Amarjeet & Others, arising out of Case No. 585 of 2015, under Section 434 IPC, Police Station Patherwa, District Kushi Nagar pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate, Kasya, Kushi Nagar.
Learned Additional Government Advocate does not have any objection in case direction issued for disposal of aforesaid case.
In view of the above, the Judicial Magistrate, Kasya, Kushi Nagar is hereby directed to dispose of the aforesaid case within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order looking to its own roaster and other expedited trials under the order of this Court issued from time to time.
With the aforesaid directions, the present 482 Cr.P.C. application is hereby disposed of.
