JUDGMENT / ORDER

Affidavit of compliance has been filed on behalf of opposite party stating that gratuity, G.P.F and leave encasement have already been paid to the applicant.
Sri Manoj Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant submits that in view of the Government Order dated 13.1.2016 pension of applicant is now made payable by the treasury concerned; necessary papers have been submitted to the Deputy Treasury Officer, Allahabad on 26.4.2016. He thus submits that now compliance is to be made by the Treasury concerned. At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant seeks liberty to implead the Treasury Officer concerned as an opposite party in this case which is granted. He is also directed to implead Sri N.K. Singh, Assistant Engineer, Electricity Department, 57 George Town, Allahabad to ensure compliance of the payment of pension, provided the requisite formalities are completed by the applicant.
List on 19.10.2016 in top ten cases, showing the name of Sri Ayank Mishra, as counsel for the opposite party.
Meanwhile, the applicant is at liberty to approach the Treasury Officer concerned for release of pension subject to the requisite compliances of the formalities at his level.
