In Re : Civil Misc. Withdrawal Application No.05 of 2018 Heard Sri Gyan Prakash Ojha, counsel for petitioner/applicant and Standing Counsel representing respondent nos.1 to 4.
Present withdrawal application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner namely Deena Nath supported by an affidavit through his counsel Sri Gyan Prakash Ojha, with a prayer to dismiss the writ petition as withdrawn, inasmuch as, no cause of action survives to press this petition.
There is no oppose to the aforesaid application. Accordingly, present withdrawal application is allowed. Order on Petition In view of the order passed today on C.M. Withdrawal Application No.05 of 2018, whereby withdrawal application has been allowed, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
Interim order, if any, shall stand vacated.
