JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner seeks for revaluation and scrutiny of the answer papers in the examination in which the petitioner had appeared. The last date for filing application for revaluation was 25-11-2014. 2. Learned Standing counsel for respondents submits that within 15 days from the last date of filing application for revaluation, scrutiny will be permitted. The examination papers can be send for revaluation only after the said scrutiny and the University would publish the result within 60 days from the last date of scrutiny. If the petitioner is desirous of getting a confidential marklist, the same could be issued after the tabulation of marks, if an application is made to that effect, as per the regulation.
Recording the submission of the learned standing Counsel for the University, the writ petition is disposed of.
