Upon perusal of the record,prima facie, I am of the view that the offence committed by the petitioner cannot be denied, therefore, at this stage, no interference is warranted by this court in the proceedings of the trial court.

The petitioner is dismissed.However, it is provided that if the petitioner appears before the courts below and moves an application of bail, the same shall be considered and disposed of by the courts below expeditiously in accordance with law.
