This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction, directing the 2nd respondent to conclude the enquiry on the complaint given by the Petitioner dated 07.11.2016 within a time as stipulated by this Court.

3.This Court has perused the typed set of papers produced on the side of the petitioner. On reading of the F.I.R registered for the offences made out in the complaint given by the defacto complainant, it is clear that the case has been registered by the respondent Police in Cr.No.154 of 2016 under
Sections 147,341,294(b),323,324 and
506(ii) I.P.C.
3. There is no other ground in the petition to quash the F.I.R. Hence, this Court is of the view that there is no necessity to quash the F.I.R.
4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
