In substance, the petitioner appears to be aggrieved by non- disposal of his application dated 19.09.2017 made before the respondent no. 2, the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil - Takha, District - Etawah for mutation of his name over gata no. 82-Ka.
No useful purpose will be served in keeping the writ petition pending. This writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2, the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil - Takha, District - Etawah, to consider and decide petitioner's application dated 19.09.2017, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
It is made clear that the Court has not adjudicated the claim of the petitioner on merits.
