JUDGMENT / ORDER

A writ petition preferred by the applicant seeking benefit of continuance consequent to the applicant attaining the age of superannuation in the mid-academic-session, came to be disposed of on 27 May 2015 with a direction that the Principal Secretary, Basic Education shall take an informed decision and pass appropriate orders on the claim. Aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the opposite parties, the applicant instituted contempt proceedings which came to be disposed of on 14 September 2015 granting them one more opportunity to comply with the original order of the writ Court within a period of two months. It is stated that till date no decision has been taken.
Accordingly, let notices be issued to opposite party No. 3 returnable within four weeks. The notice shall indicate that this application shall be called in Court on 23 February 2016. The opposite party No. 3 shall file an Affidavit of compliance on or before the said date, failing which he shall be present in person in Court.
