JUDGMENT / ORDER

Counsel for the petitioner is permitted to implead the necessary parties in the writ petition during the course of the day.
Heard Sri Ajay Kumar Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Lalit Kumar, who has filed caveat on behalf of respondent no. 3.
It has been submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that by the impugned order, his chak has been modified without adverting to his case. Moreover, by the modification made, area of plot No. 1095 which was the largest original holding of the petitioner and whereon existed his private source of irrigation has been substantially reduced.
Matter requires scrutiny.
Issue notice to the newly added respondents by registered post AD. Steps be taken within 10 days.
Counsel for the respondent no. 3 prays and is granted three weeks' time to file counter affidavit. Two weeks' thereafter is granted to the petitioner to file rejoinder affidavit.
List on the date fixed in the notice to be issued to the newly impleaded respondents.
Until further orders of this Court, the effect and operation of the impugned order dated 19.5.2014 passed by the Deputy Director of Consolidation, Moradabad shall remain stayed.
