Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA.
Present writ petition has been preferred for quashing the FIR dated 02.11.2020 being Case Crime No.0117 of 2020 under Section 3 (1) of U.P. Gangster and Anti Social Activities Prevention Act, 1986 P.S. Karma, Distt. Sonebhadra and for a direction to respondents not to arrest the petitioner pursuant to aforesaid FIR.
On the matter being taken up today, learned AGA has submitted that in the present matter the chargesheet has been submitted and as such the reliefs claimed in the writ petition no more survives.
In view of above, the writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
