2. In these petitions, the petitioners inter alia seek for a writ of certiorari quashing the selection of the respondent No.2 in the draw of lots conducted by the respondent No.1 on 11.01.2018 for the location Kowdley at Mandya District under the open category vide Annexure-F and further directing the respondent No.1 to prepare a list of eligible candidates in accordance with Clause 8 of the Brochure before conducting the draw in the interest of justice and equity.
3. When the matter was taken up today, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that after preparation of the list of eligible candidates, the respondent No.2 has already been issued on
petitions are disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to take recourse to such remedy as may be available to them under the law.
