On condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- with the registry of this Court, which if the learned advocate for the petitioner is able to satisfy the Court about the necessity to implead Mrs. Kanchanben Haribhai Thakkar as respondent No.4, may be returned to the petitioner or, in case, if the learned advocate for the petitioner is not able to satisfy the Court, on aforesaid aspect, ordered to be paid to said proposed respondent No.4 towards costs, the draft amendment dated 20.4.2012 is granted.
The amendment to be carried out on or before 24.4.2012.
The petition for further hearing be listed on 30.4.2012.
