JUDGMENT / ORDER

ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: “…to issue a writ, direction or order especially in the nature of a writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of respondent No.3 in issuing a ‘dues certificate’ to the petitioner dated 04.12.2014 as being illegal, arbitrary, unlawful and contrary to the order dated 11.11.2014 passed in W.P.No.33641 of 2014 and, consequently, direct the Respondent No.4 to issue a No Objection Certificate for the month of December, 2014 to the petitioner for sale of power through the Indian Energy Exchange without taking into consideration the ‘dues certificate’ issued by respondent No.3.”
The hearing of this case was deferred till hearing of W.P.No.30327 of 2014 and batch. Thereafter, the hearing in the said cases has been concluded.
At the hearing, Mr. O. Manohar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 2 and 3, on instructions, has fairly submitted that for this month, they will issue ‘No Due Certificate’ to the petitioner, as they are expecting a judgment in W.P.No.30327 of 2014 and batch shortly.
In view of the same, respondents 2 and 3 are directed to issue ‘No Due Certificate’ to the petitioner for the month of December, 2014.
Subject to the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.48438 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
