O R D E R After arguing the matter for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to move the Family Court for extension of time and other reliefs.
2. Memo for withdrawal dated 27.5.2019 filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, is placed on record.
3. Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Family Court, in accordance with law. If application is filed by the petitioner for necessary reliefs, the Family Court shall permit the respondent to file objections, if any.
