Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State respondents and perused the record.
Present petition has been filed with a prayer to direct the respondents to give the appointment on compassionate ground to the petitioner on account of death of his father in harness and to provide suitable employment at class IV employee to the petitioner. A further prayer is also made to direct the respondent to decide the representation dated 6.11.2018 submitted by the petitioner.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw present petition with liberty to press his grievances before the authority concerned.
Prayer aforesaid is allowed.
Present petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
