None present in the revised list from the side of revisionist, whereas, learned AGA is present for the State.
Heard learned AGA for the State and perused the record.
This revision has been listed on 04.03.2002 and since then the revision is awaiting for admission. It appears that the learned trial court in S.T. No. 474 of 1999 (State Vs. Mahesh Babu) under section 302 IPC, arising out Crime No. 53 of 1999, P.S.- Milak, District Rampur has acquitted the accused, find that the charges were not proved.
The matter pertains to an offence under section 302 IPC. Since, no one is present to press the revision, the revision is disposed of with the observation that, if any, Government Appeal is pending against the order of acquittal, the same shall continue and shall be decided according to law and on such pending Government Appeal, this order will have no effect.
