Sri Deshraj Singh appeared in person. Sri Anurag Khanna, Advocate, appears on behalf of the University, filed an affidavit.
In the affidavit, it is admitted that the petitioner has submitted his claim in the prescribed form. He submitted that in respect of some of the claims, the formalities have been completed and the claim has been forwarded. The petitioner may likely to get the claim within a short period. He submitted that there are certain shortcomings, which the petitioner has to fulfill and complete.
In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to appear within a week before the Finance Controller, Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut. The Finance Controller, Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut is directed to give the details of the shortcomings and allow him time to remove the shortcomings. After the shortcomings will be completed, the respondent is directed to examine the claim within a period of two weeks thereafter and pay the entire dues within another period of one month along with statutory interest. In case if the payment will not be paid within the aforesaid period, the petitioner shall be entitled for the interest @ 10% on the entire outstanding dues till the date of the payment.
