Heard Mr.Rathod, learned advocate, for the petitioner.
Though fresh rule was issued in this petition on 27th April, 2010, but since nobody appeared, on 10th August, 2011, fresh rule was again issued by this Court. Respondent-Corporation is served but no appearance is entered on behalf of respondent-Corporation.
To give one more chance, the matter is adjourned to 29th June, 2012.
