JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner/wife has filed the above Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition to withdraw F.C.O.P.No.159 of 2016 pending on the file of the Family Court, Chengalpet and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Chennai.
2. F.C.O.P.No.159 of 2016 is filed by the respondent-husband before the Family Court, Chengalpet for dissolution of marriage held between the petitioner and the respondent on 07.06.2015.
3. It is stated that the petitioner-wife is having an infant and unable to go for employment and also finding it difficult to travel from Chennai to Chengalpet. Hence, she sought for transfer.
4. Taking into consideration the above grievances expressed by the petitioner and also taking into the fact that she is having an infant, this Court deems it fit to transfer the said F.C.O.P.No.159 of 2016 from the file of the Family Court, Chengalpet to the file of the Family Court, Chennai. Accordingly, Tr.C.M.P is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition are closed.
